Introduction
I am currently working as a habilitated associate professor at the Department of Management, Faculty of Finance and Accounting, Budapest Business School. I graduated as a mathematics teacher from the Berzsenyi Dániel Teacher Training College and obtained a university degree in computer science at the University of Veszprém. In addition, I have a degree in Foreign Language Professional Communicator from MATE. My PhD degree was defended at the Doctoral School of Management and Organization at Szent István University in CRM system selection, implementation and operation. My research interests include organisational problems related to the performance of enterprise IT systems. In 2016, together with my colleagues, I founded the BrainBay Research Centre, which investigates Generation Y and Z's job search and employment patterns, the emergence of CSR activities among SMEs, CSR activities affecting employment and innovation activities in the SME sector. Furthermore, I have participated in national and international research on Industry 4.0 as a strategic breakout point and its impact on SMEs' value chain and strategy organised by the SZE.
I regularly publish my research results in national and international professional publications and journals and regularly participate in scientific conferences and forums. In addition, I have ten years of experience in public education and 21 years of experience as a university lecturer. In the last years, I have been involved in the development and teaching of several subjects, such as IT user and professional skills (programming, database design and construction, web page development), ERP systems, CRM systems, software in marketing, SPSS application, production management, marketing, international marketing. In addition, I have been a lecturer and subject leader at the Doctoral School of Security Sciences at the University of Óbuda and a subject leader at the Doctoral School of Management and Organisation at Széchenyi University.
In addition to my teaching and research activities at the university, I also act as secretary, committee member, chairperson and referee at final examinations, doctoral workplace debates, TDK conferences and scientific conferences. I regularly carry out proofreading tasks for foreign journals, as well as for national textbooks and journals. I am a member of several national professional societies and editorial boards. I am constantly building my international network of contacts and am a member of the editorial board of an international journal. I have participated in several Erasmus programmes as a visiting lecturer.
