Introduction
I have been working in the Department of Management at the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, Budapest University of Economics and Business since August 2010. In September 2012, I became one of the Team Coaches of the Team Academy, a practice-oriented training and specialisation programme based on the Finnish model, during which I gained expertise in one-to-one coaching, team coaching, mentoring for business development and facilitating learning through visual facilitation. In addition, as part of my work, I mentor students in the Business Mentor Postgraduate Education and the Master of Business and Entrepreneurial Development.
