Andres Escobar Uribe, Professor of the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana of Colombia, visited our University from 28-31 October.
It is not the first time, and perhaps not the last, that he has visited us, and he expressed how much he likes Hungary. Our universities have a fruitful relationship and several BBU students have already had the opportunity to study in Colombia. Andreas praised all our students and said that they would continue to welcome students from our institution in the future as well.
Andreas gave a lecture at FFA in the course of Dr. Gábor Réthi, "The realities of organizations", and joined the Spanish language course of Éva Zsuzsics at FCHT. He discussed the deepening of cooperation between the two institutions with Dr. Gábor Andrási, Dr. Ágnes Pál and Ms Ágota Szirtes Kiss. In addition, one of our students, Zsombor Balogh, who had previously studied at the University of Colombia for a year, interviewed him for his thesis.
