Introduction

Honorary professor of the Budapest Business School, lecturer at the Department of Management (FFA), at the Department of International Commerce and Logostics (FIMB) and at the Department of Tourism (FCHT). Top management consultant with emphasis on balanced approach of theory and practice. His first management book, “A vezetés öröm-e?", was published in 2015, the next one, "A vezetés ÖN-törvénye - Pár FONTOS szópár" in 2017 and the third one, "Bizalom a vezetésben" in 2019. Diverse work experience. For 4 years had the job of CEO of CIB, one of the top Hungarian banks, with €12 bn in assets and a staff of 3000 at that time. In 2007 managed the fastest and most successful merger of the local banking arena. Won “The Bank of the Year” award twice with his team.
