The Department of Communication provides students with the knowledge and analysis of new digital and electronic channels and interfaces, as well as the methodological and theoretical basis for the study of communication networks. We also deal with the related media ethics and legal background, and our colleagues also research the basic issues of digital data protection. The mission of the Department is to develop the 'soft skills' of students needed to work effectively in economic life in Hungarian and foreign languages. An important cooperating partner of the Department is the National Infocommunications Authority (NMHH), the most up-to-date technical equipment system awaits the students in the Media Studio established as a result of the cooperation. The Department maintains close professional relations with domestic and international PR organizations, content producers and even influencers.
