She graduated at Eötvös Loránd University, majoring in English and German language and literature, at Miskolc University as economist and at Corvinus University as sociologist-economist. She received her PhD (summa cum laude) at ELTE, Language Pedagogy Doctoral School with her dissertation in English. She participated in several social and educational research projects and curriculum development. She gave lectures at various universities in Europe. She is member of public body of Hungarian Academy of. She is a regular reviewer of conference presentations, professional journals and doctoral dissertations. She is an OTDK jury member in several sections, her TDK students received outstanding results.
