Introduction
Through the four decades of my service in higher education, I gained extensive experience in teaching history of economic thought and economics (microeconomics and macroeconomics). I started my career at the Corvinus University of Budapest (BCE, former BKÁE, BKE, MKKE) at the Department of History of Economic Thought, where I worked as full-time professor and researcher for decades: since 1997 as associate professor, between 2011 and 2013 as Head of Department. As of 2014 I participate in the education at the BCE as Private Professor, currently as lecturer at the Institute of Economics. I joined the Budapest Business School, Faculty of International Management and Business in 2000, first as a part-time lecturer, since 2014 as a full-time associate professor, between 2014 and 2017 as Head of Department of Economics. Currently I am associate professor at the Institute of International Economics.; As a lecturer of history of economics, I have been involved in the work of further higher education institutions.; I am regularly participating in the development of the educational profile of economics and history of economic thought subjects, in the compilation and development of modern curriculum, and in textbook writing.; I am glad to support the scientific work of my students since decades. At the beginning of my career, I participated in the establishment of a college for advanced studies, and in the management of its professional work. Later on, I led courses and gave professional lectures for the request of several colleges.; The majority of my publications are dealing with the history of economic thought, published mainly as book chapters. I participated in the publishing works of several volumes of the Hungarian Classics of Economics series published between 2001–2008. As an organizer of scientific conferences, memorial exhibitions, book presentations and as a professional consultant of virtual exhibitions, I gained extensive experience in organizing science.

Research areas
- My main research field is the history of economics and economic thought, primarily the major schools of economics and significant economists of the 19th and 20th centuries, the methodology of economics of this period and the history of Hungarian economic thinking.
