· Course description: The Citi Global Business Corporate Department offers a practical course where you can learn about the main pillars required to establish and successfully operate a bank with focus on innovative, forward-thinking solutions and latest trends of the industry. The course will provide unique insights and hands-on experience to the main pillars of banking, which will be presented by senior leaders and subject matter experts from across Citi Central Europe. At the beginning of the course you will form groups of max. 5, and during the course you will engage in group tasks connected to the course modules. By the end of the course, groups will be able to come up with their plan on how to build the bank of the future based on the concepts and considerations discussed with Citi senior leaders.
· Course details:
· Elective, English language course with 10 credit points
· Weekly 2 hours (0+2)
· Successful course completion is equivalent of one of the below options upon your choice:
a.) Successful course completion is equivalent of elective subjects of 10 credit.
b.) As per the curriculum of the International Business Economics programme Internship A or Internship B can be recognized based on the successful completion of the course.
c.) Successful course completion constitutes the completion of foreign language proficiency subject of 10 credits if you have at least one of the appropriate language exams.
· Upon successful course completion a certificate will also be provided by the Citi Global Business Corporate Department.

· Course structure:
· Each module to involve a presentation by Citi seniors on the 1st week.
· Every 2nd occasion within a module to be a 15-min presentation by a pre-determined student group, followed by a classroom discussion session led by the Citi topic owners.
· Students to form groups at the beginning of the course (4-6 groups with up to 5 members) and receive a topic out of the 6 modules, in which they need to prepare a 15-minute presentation. Presentation to be prepared based on a module specific case study task provided by the Citi topic owners at the end of the 1st lecture in each module.
· Each student group to give 2 presentations altogether: one during the semester in one of the six modules, and one at the end of the semester as the exam presentation.
