We are thrilled to share the success of the Leadership Workshop hosted at Citi Solutions Center Budapest for 25 bright minds from Budapest Business University, Faculty of International Management and Business as part of the collaborative Building the Bank of the Future course between BBU and Citi. During this three-hour session, we delved into the critical domain of Project Risk Assessment, exploring strategies and insights on how to navigate and complete assessments effectively. The engagement and enthusiasm displayed by the students were truly commendable, reflecting their eagerness to grasp the intricacies of leadership in project management.
The workshop not only provided a platform for knowledge exchange but also fostered a dynamic learning environment where participants could interact, share ideas, and hone their leadership skills. It was inspiring to witness the next generation of leaders passionately investing their time in developing a profound understanding of project risk management.
Special thanks to the members if BBU’s Miklós Káldor Academic Society of Students for their active participation and to our Citi Department lecturer, Laszlo Kremmer, for making this insightful workshop possible. Looking forward to more such collaborative initiatives that empower and prepare our future leaders for the challenges of the ever-evolving business landscape.
