Key features
The Marketing MSc at the Budapest University of Economics and Business has been designed as a continuation of the university’s Commerce and Marketing bachelor's degree, the largest in Hungary. However, we have also ensured that students joining from other universities or different undergraduate backgrounds can integrate seamlessly, gaining comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge in one of the most rapidly evolving fields of business. Upon completing the programme, you will receive a degree certifying your qualification as a Qualified Economist in Marketing.
Our programme takes an innovative approach to the thesis and final examination system, moving away from traditional methods. During the final two terms, we prepare students to solve industry-specific tasks through professional project-based teaching, and your thesis and final examination will be structured around these practical assignments. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in research projects related to key topics, whether as part of your Student Research Societies work or as a foundation for PhD studies.
The Marketing MSc is taught at our city centre campus and is also offered full-time in English.
