Through our online video customer service, you can consult with our staff conveniently from home. During the video call, you can ask your questions in real time and discuss multiple issues in one session, saving time and receiving personalized assistance.
Of course, you still have the option to handle your matters in person at the Student Service Centres located at the Downtown and Zugló Campuses, as well as via email or phone.
