As a result of the escalation of the fourth wave of the coronavirus epidemic, we are introducing additional precautions at our university to ensure the safety of our students and staff.
From Monday, November 8, 2021, the use of a mask to cover the nose and mouth is mandatory in the interiors of BBS (common rooms, classrooms, reception rooms, offices and corridors), as well as in the communal areas of university dormitories. This rule also applies to colleagues, external guests and organisers participating in events organised in the buildings of BBS.
A person giving a presentation in a classroom or auditorium setting (e.g.: lecture, seminar, practical lesson) or at an event, is exempt from wearing a mask throughout the duration of the presentation. Exceptions to this new mask rule are the office environment of university employees, as long as the number of people present does not exceed 10, the environment of dormitory rooms, and it is also not necessary to wear a mask in the university cafeteria during meals.
Please help to prevent the epidemic and protect the health of university citizens by complying with the mask wearing regulations!
