Introduction

Ferenc Kósik has been teaching German for Business and Professional Purposes at BUEB since 1998 in both bachelor's and master's programmes, as well as in full-time and part-time education. His teaching focuses on developing students' professional communication skills while helping them become independent, lifelong language learners who can continue developing their expertise throughout their careers.

A central element of his teaching philosophy is the development of effective learning strategies and learner autonomy. To support this, he regularly integrates the digital resources of the Centre for Foreign Languages and Language Exams (CFLLE) into his courses and employs innovative teaching approaches, including blended learning, project-based language teaching and business simulations.

He is committed to creating a supportive learning environment in which students acquire practical language skills while developing the confidence and learning strategies needed for continuous professional growth.
