The Faculty Orientation Event will be held on September 14th, 2023, Thursday, from 3.30 p.m. in room No. E.I.9.
Please note that filling out the application form is mandatory. You must complete the application until September 2, 2023. More information about enrolment:

Documents required for event:
For the enrolment of Erasmus students and other exchange students
· Printed and signed Enrolment form (available in Neptun see description below).
· Health Insurance Card or health insurance contact
· Certificate of Arrival (if your home institution needs it)
· Passport or ID
We would like to ask you to bring the Certificate of Arrival to the Orientation Event, if your home institution needs it to be signed.
PLEASE BRING THE ORIGINAL AND THE COPIED VERSIONS OF THE DOCUMENTS FOR THE ORIENTATION EVENT.
For the enrolment of Stipendium Hungaricum, self-financed foreign students and double degree students
· Printed and signed Enrolment form (available in Neptun see description below).
· Passport
· Documents of previous studies (certificate of secondary school graduation and its English translation or a BA/BSc degree certificate and its English translation),
· For self-financed student: printed and signed Self-funded student training contact (available in Neptun - GUIDE - Student training contract (uni-bge.hu))
PLEASE BRING THE ORIGINAL AND THE COPIED VERSIONS OF THE DOCUMENTS FOR THE ORIENTATION EVENT.
Method for downloading the correct enrolment form online:
· PRINT ENROLMENT FORM: from Neptun as follows: Administration/Requests - Submitted requests. Click on the "+" sign on the right side of the ’Application for enrolment’ line and select Download as PDF
Please note that the AVDH signature is not available for international students, therefore please sign all documents by hand and submit them in hard copy.
If for any reason you are unable to attend the orientation event, please visit the Student ServicesGroup (opening hours) with the above documents once you arrive.
