Guide - filling the enrollment application
You can reach the NEPTUN platform on BBU’s website, under “Useful links” section.
Please find your Neptun code which was provided previously. You can require your password HERE if you still do not have one.
After login You can check your Training’s name in the top left corner. If you had another training programme in our institution before, our you have several trainings, you can switch between your training pragrammes by clicking on the blue colored „Training” option.
Please always be sure that you are handling your correct, actual training programme.
The next step is the statement on term status. Please declare that you wish to start the semester as an active or passive student.
Important! Clicking by the Declare button, the system will warn you in a pop up window if you have not registered for any subject for the semester.
If this would be your first enrolment please ignore the warning, since the message only applies for senior students.

The social security number and the Tax identification number are mandatory only in case of Hungarian citizenship.
If you are not a Hungarian citizen please enter the details of your residence permit.
- Type (data of your residence permit/Passport)
- Identification number
- Date of issue
- Date of validity
- Date of expiry
- Tax Identification Number (if you have it already)
- TAJ (if you have it already)
- Bank account number (not the card number) of any Hungarian bank
Contact data are mandatory.
- You can enter several addresses/e-mail addresses/Phone numbers. Please provide your phone number we can reach you in case of need
- The type of data needs to be unique.
- (In case of a Hungarian address, You have to enter the county before the city. If you enter the first two caracters, you can choose your county/city from the list.)
- emplease provide your primary email address where we are allowed to send you a password
Important! The following days you will receive an email address (unibge.hu) which will be your official communication channel linked to the NEPTUN system.
The data of your previous qualifications and language exams are also obtained from the application system, but you can correct or modify them if necessary.
You have to upload your scanned certificates only if your
- Secondary school certificate was issued before 01.01.2006.
- Degree certificate was issued before 01.02.2006.
- Language exam certificate was issued before 01.01.2003
Important! The NEPTUN system will verify the boxes must have been filled and you will be warned by a pop up window in case of empty boxes left.
In the last part you have to agree to accept our policies. You can move on by clicking on the „Next” button.Then the system check your filled form, and warns you in case of missing or incorrect data. On the next surface, you can ceck your application request again, and if everything is all right, you can finalize it and submit the application.
