Introduction

I graduated as an engineer, teacher and economist from the University of Sopron and the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. My research area covers organizational psychology and scientometrics. I am an editor for Management Decision (Emerald), the International Journal of Emergency Services (Emerald), the Interdisciplinary Journal of Management Studies (University of Tehran), and Business: Theory and Practice (Vilnius University of Technology). I have reviewed more than 500 articles for international journals. In 2021, I was awarded the prestigious Hungarian Bolyai János Research Scholarship (by the Hungarian Academy of Sciences [MTA]) and MTA’s Publication Award. Since 2024, I have been the program director of the Doctoral School of Entrepreneurship and Business. Since 2025, I have been performing additional referee and accreditation assignments for the National Research, Development and Innovation Office (NKFIH) and the Hungarian Accreditation Committee (MAB).
