Introduction
I have built my academic career and corporate legal practice in parallel for more than fifteen years, working at the intersection of financial regulation, business law and decision-making in complex institutional environments. I teach financial and business law at undergraduate and master’s level in both Hungarian and English, with a strong focus on helping students understand how legal regulation functions as part of broader economic and institutional systems.
Alongside my academic work, I have extensive experience as a practising corporate lawyer, advising financial institutions, businesses and other organisations on regulatory compliance, complex legal risks and executive-level decision-making. This dual perspective defines my teaching philosophy: I aim to equip students not only with solid legal knowledge, but with the analytical skills needed to think strategically, assess risks and make responsible decisions in practice.
My academic interests centre on the regulation of the financial sector, European banking regulation and international financial law. Beyond teaching and research, I am an active contributor to professional discourse, a regular author of academic and educational publications, and a participant in the development of training programmes and learning materials that translate legal knowledge into practical value.
