On 17 May 2024, the last international, closing partner meeting of the LEAD (LEarning And Development in micro- and small enterprises) project took place at the Budapest Business University. LEAD is one of the BBU's international cooperation partnership projects, funded by the ERASMUS+ Cooperation Partnerships, Vocational education and training.

The project aims to develop a handbook and e-learning material useful for SMEs and freely available to all: https://www.lead-mse-project.eu/

The project was represented by seven different countries, five universities (in addition to BGE, Université Paris Nanterre - France, Universidate Catolica Potuguesa - Portugal, Tallinn University of Technology - Estonia, Wroclaw University of Economics and Business - Poland) and two professional advisory organisations (CEPOR - Centar za politiku razvoja malih i srednjih poduzeća i poduzetništva - Croatia, Mac-Team - Belgium).

The participants focused on the review of e-learning teaching and training materials produced within the project, as well as on the results and next steps of the pilot training courses that are currently underway. They also reviewed the questionnaires evaluating the pilot trainings. The participants also agreed on the next deadlines and reviewed financial and administrative issues.

At the final meeting of LEAD, the BGE team consisted of Prof. Dr. Sára Csillag Sára, Vice Rector for Academic Development and Project Leader, Dr Gábor Andrási, International Manager, Gábor Réthi, Project Manager, Péter Csizmadia, Professional Colleague, and László Varga and Réka Szabó, from the International Tender Office.
