Késely Ajna another gold
Even in the closing days of the aquatics European Championship, our BGE students were not without results. After her success in the 800, Ajna Késely was unstoppable in the 400 meters, finishing in first place with a time of 4:14.13. Márton Richárd finished fourth in the 200-meter butterfly. The hungarian swimming team had the best European Championship of all time, finishing first on the medal table with 10 gold, 9 silver and 8 bronze medals.
In the past few days, it has been revealed who will be able to represent Hungary at the Paris Olympics this summer, and it is a great joy that both Ajna and Ricsi will be able to cheer on the biggest competition.

Effective fencing EC
Excitement remained for the last days of the Fencing EC in June, as our student, Tibor Andrásfi, was able to fight as a member of the men's dueling team, but the defending champions had a slightly worse day, so they lost in the quarter-finals and finally reached fifth place. The women's epee team lost the semi-final and took fourth place, including Luca Szűcs.
It is also good news that Luca and Tibi will represent the 15-member fencing team at the Olympics.

Bronze medal in beach volleyball MEFOB
This year, the beach volleyball MEFOB was held on June 21 in Miskolc, where four BGE couples represented our university. Bálint Horváth and his partner, Benedek Kun, were the most successful, marching all the way to third place. In the women's category, the pair of Krachler-Czifrik and Rucz-Pavlovics were also in the quarter-finals, and the pair of Kurucz-Czelter had a bye in the group.

Lucz Anna duble at Szeged
Our student, Anna Lucz, took first place in the K-1 200 meters at the second selection competition organized in Szeged, and she also finished first in K-2 200 meters with her partner Kiss Blanka, winning start and finish.
