Dear Student,
From now on, you can initiate cases and report issues to the Student Services Office through an easy-to-use online platform with just a few clicks. The new platform allows for simpler submissions and faster administration, so we encourage you to use it.
We are continuously working to make student administration as smooth and efficient as possible. Recently, the Exam Centre’s reporting platform was launched, and now additional student matters can also be handled online - quickly and in a targeted way. On the new Student Administration platform, after providing your identification data, you can choose from main and subcategories to specify what kind of assistance you need. This way, your question/request is forwarded directly to the administrator responsible for that specific matter, allowing it to be resolved smoothly and much faster than before.
Among others, you can request online assistance for the following matters/categories on the Student Administration/Exam Centre platform:
- Mid-term test’s date
- Available time
- Login issue
- Registration issue
- Absence
- Other
- Reporting incorrect or incomplete course data
- Request for modification
The more information you provide (e.g., when you registered for the exam or test, what error message appears, which application, which menu, etc.), the faster we can identify the issue.
