Introduction

I regularly participate in international cross-university cooperations in Finland, Tampere (Eye on Tampere International Week). Within this framework, we successfully conducted an international online Internatioal Negotiation Skills course involving universities from four countries (Hungary, Finland, Germany, Ghana). It was very interesting and enlightening to experience how different cultures meet and approach tasks. The feedback from the students was also positive.
I consider it important to prepare students to cope with various situations and challenges in an international working environment. An important feature of my work is a coaching approach (I am currently in the process of obtaining my Business Coach Diploma), encouraging independent, critical thinking and expressing different opinions. I believe that the most effective way to learn the curriculum is through communication situations that our students will encounter in the workplace, meeting employers' expectations in terms of both hard and soft skills.
