Introduction
She started teaching at BGE in 2004, initially at the Faculty of International Business and Management, then at the Faculty of Finance and Accountancy. She is currently working at the Department of Human Resource Development at the Faculty of Management. Previously she also taught at the University of Miskolc and worked for consulting firms and multinational organizations. She believes in continuous learning and renewal and enjoys trying out new teaching methods. She uses cooperative and project-based learning methods and training methods in her courses in order to actively involve students and develop their communication skills, and she implements telecollaboration projects with students from Finnish, Polish and Belgian partner institutions. She actively participated in the launch of the academic coaching program to support students to handle study-related challenges successfully.
Since July 2024 as Faculty Head of International Affairs she has been facilitating international mobility and working on expanding collaboration with international partners.
