Introduction
I work as an Associate Professor at the Department of Human Resource Development, Faculty of Management,Budapest University of Economics and Business.
. My teaching activities are primarily related to human resource management. I place particular emphasis on creating a strong link between theory and practice in both education and research. My main research areas include labor market trends and challenges, theoretical and practical aspects of career management, as well as opportunities for career planning and support in various organizational and individual contexts.
