Introduction

I graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences at Szent István University. I earned my PhD degree at the Doctoral School of Management and Business Administration, Szent István University.
I began my teaching career at the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences (GTK), then continued my academic work at the Budapest College of Management (formerly Általános Vállalkozási Főiskola). Alongside teaching, I conducted research in the fields of family businesses and entrepreneurial competencies. I later expanded my research areas to include the study of students’ and employees’ mental health as well as topics related to sustainable development.
I joined the Budapest University of Economics and Business (then Budapest Business School) in 2014, and since then I have been teaching foundational courses at both bachelor’s and master’s levels.
For four years, I served as the Chair of the Scientific Students’ Association Council at the Faculty of Commerce, Hospitality and Tourism (KVIK), and as a member of the Economics Committee of the National Scientific Students’ Associations Council.
I consider it important to support the dissemination of scientific results; therefore, I am the editor or editor-in-chief of several books, edited volumes, and of a scientific journal (Multidisciplinary Challenges, Diverse Responses).
