Introduction
Since 2024, I have served as Vice-Rector for General Affairs at Budapest Business University. Previously, I held the position of Vice-Rector for Education, and before that I served as Dean of the Faculty of Commerce, Hospitality and Tourism. Earlier in my career, I worked at University of Pannonia, where I led the Faculty of Business and Economics for five years and headed the Department of Tourism for more than a decade. In my current role as Vice-Rector for General Affairs, I am responsible for the system-level development, management, and performance analysis of the university’s educational activities. My responsibilities also include overseeing accreditation processes and providing professional guidance for the development of student services. I obtained my doctoral degree in International Economics. My research and teaching activities focus on tourism, particularly on consumer behaviour, the evolution of competitive factors, and phenomena related to technological change. I have extensive experience in research and development, having participated in or led approximately 30 research projects. I also served for six years as a member of the Hungarian Accreditation Committee.
