Introduction
My name is István Kálmán, I joined the Budapest University of Economics and Business of Commerce, Hospitality and Tourism team in 2022 as a visiting lecturer. I obtained my diploma in hospitality management at the College of Commerce and Hospitality and in Tourism economics at the Budapest University of Economics Budapest. In 2022 I succesfully fineshed my master programme at BGE as a Teacher of Economics. During the past decades I have founded and managed several incoming travel agencies, having several positions in our companies. My motivation is to share my professional experience with the new generation, wich I have always done at my business carrier and from now as a member the Department of Tourism at Budapest Business University Faculty of Commerce, Hospitality and Tourism. I am founder of the Hungarian Incoming Agencies' Association. I am also a licenced travel and tour guide.
