I obtained my master's degree in geography from the University of Pécs, specializing in tourism geography, and then continued my studies at the Doctoral School of Earth Sciences at the University of Pécs. My research focused on exploring German ethnic tourism resources, and based on the results, I successfully obtained my PhD degree in 2022. I regularly present my research findings at domestic and international scientific conferences and professional events. In my teaching, I place an emphasis on innovative, practice-oriented, and digitally supported methods that strengthen students' problem-solving skills and professional competencies. In order to combine training and professional practice, I organize programs and projects that provide students with opportunities to gain experience in a real industry environment.
Since August 1, 2025, I have been working as the head of the Department of Tourism and Hospitality, with the aim of expanding professional partnerships, further strengthening practice-oriented training, increasing the visibility of research activities, and developing a supportive and inspiring departmental community.
