Introduction
I joined the Department team in December 2023 as a professor of practice with more than 25 years of professional experience in the hotel industry. I spent most of my career at the Accor group in various areas and positions. After a brief detour to IT industry, I was also able to take part in a hotel opening project at an international chain, where I later become hotel manager. In 2011, I graduated as a catering instructor and recently received my masters degree as an Economics Teacher in the University
