Office of Education Co-ordination and Regulation
The Office of Education Co-ordination and Regulation operates as a support unit under the direct supervision of the Vice Rector for Education; its primary responsibility is to carry out university-wide education management and co-ordination activities, as well as to oversee educational regulation and quality management at the institutional level.
Responsibilities and competences of the Office of Education Co-ordination and Regulation:
a) Co-ordinating university-wide education management activities, including but not limited to: processes related to the start and end of the academic year; central-level scheduling and timetable planning; co-ordination of tasks related to the intensive week, etc.
b) Carrying out regulatory and monitoring tasks related to these education management activities.
c) Analysing university-level educational data in co-operation with the Office for Strategic Planning and Analysis, and based on the findings, making development proposals to the Rector and university leadership.
d) Operating the University’s quality management system and co-ordinating related activities, including providing professional support for the work of the Quality Management and Assessment Committee.
