Educators, researchers, and non-teaching staff make up BBS’s cohesive, responsible, and professionally trained community of nearly 1,000 people. In addition to our daily work, we are connected by reliable professional collaborations, excellent human relationships, friendships, memorable successes, inspiring international encounters, and common cultural and sports experiences.
Regular internal training, programmes for the further development of individual skills and abilities, and mental and lifestyle support, all serve the development of our internal community.
Every year on BBS Day, we cook, play sports and party together, which carries on the tradition of the deservedly famous ‘Generations Meeting’, in a new guise. Thanks to the university’s family-friendly initiative, we await Santa Claus with the children at the Santa Claus party, then celebrate Christmas and volunteer together for the common good.
We believe that a well-organised, cohesive community with common values, is an essential condition and the main driving force for the competitiveness and further development of BBS.
