I have been holding the position of HR Director at Budapest University of Economics and Business since September 1, 2021. My main task is to build the new human resources strategy of the University, to develop transparent HR processes and effective staff and management support. In addition, my team’s responsibilities include recruitment selection, leadership development and staff training, remuneration system management, organisational development, and the effective design and operation of HR labor administration and payroll.
I graduated from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University. I started my professional career as a labor lawyer at a Hungarian telecommunications company, where I was later able to try my hand at various management positions in all areas of HR (HR administration, HR business partner, and HR tool and training development). From 2017, I expanded my experience with the HR management of a state-owned company. A primary aspect of my work is to support the implementation of the University's strategic objectives with my knowledge, team and HR tools, and at the same time to develop processes for our employees and faculty that are transparent, easy to understand and support their work. I believe in co-operation and the fact that our greatest value is the knowledge and experience of our colleagues.
