The questionnaire will help you to think realistically about your expectations of your (future) job, which can help you in your career planning or even during a job interview. It will also give companies an insight into what young people think is important when choosing a job, so that they can create a workplace that is better adapted to new needs.

The survey takes about 12 minutes and asks about benefits such as salary, career, personal development, flexible working hours and the possibility of a home office. The survey is anonymous, so please be honest when answering! The survey is available in English and Hungarian.
