The Budapest Business University participated in the “Beszerzési Konferencia” (Purchasing Conference) organised by the Hungarian Association of Logistics, Purchasing and Inventory Management (HALPM) on 15 May 2024. The event presented the BBU’s international Strategic Partnership project COMMITTED - Export Compliance.
The event started with a welcome speech by the leaders of the Hungarian Association of Logistics, Purchasing and Inventory Management. After the presentations of the speakers invited by HALPIM, the COMMITTED project was presented by Judit Galambos, Master Teacher and Professional Project Manager. During the presentation, the objectives, topics, and results of the project were all introduced to the attendees. The presentation ended with an interesting example that nicely highlighted why the project is useful for SMEs.
The event was participated by Judit Galambos, Master Teacher and Professional Project Manager, representing BBU Faculty of International Management and Business, and Réka Szabó, Project Coordinator, representing the International Project Office. The professional partner of the project, the Hungarian Association of Logistics, Purchasing and Inventory Management, was represented by its Executive Director Anita Kőhegyi.
