In mid-March 2024, the final partner meeting of the BESPOKE (BusinESs PresentatiOn sKills for Employability) project was organised in Krakow, hosted by the Polish partner WSEI - Wyzsza Szkola Ekonomii i Informatyki w Krakowie (in English: College of Economics and Computer Science). The BESPOKE project is one of the BBU's flagship international inter-university cooperation projects, funded under the ERASMUS+ Cooperation Partnerships in the Higher Education sub-programme. Five universities (in addition to BBU, the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt – Germany, the Duale Hochschule
Baden-Württemberg Lörrach – Germany, the College of Economics and Computer Science in Krakow – Poland and the Moravian Business College Olomouc – Czech Republic) and a professional advisory organisation, the Hungarian Plastics Association (HPA), have been involved in the project for more than 2 years.
During the project, a methodology handbook and e-learning format training materials were developed and during the pilot testing phase, more than 100 mock presentations were recorded related to the topics of the 5 subject-specific online training materials, from which a selection of good practices was produced. The results and products of the project will be freely available on the project website (www.bespoke-project.eu) after the finalisation of the materials and the project's closure, for anyone who finds pitch-type presentation making interesting and relevant.
The multiplier event presenting the results of the project in Hungary took place on 21 March 2024, jointly organised by BBU and HPA. At the final partner meeting of the BESPOKE project in Krakow, the BBU team was personally represented by Dr. Gábor Andrási, International Director, László Varga, Head of the International Project Office and Dr. Gábor Réthi, International Head of the Faculty of the Finance and Accountancy. Dr. Katalin Csekő, Dean of the Faculty of International Management and Business and Réka Szabó, project coordinator from the International Project Office Office, joined the discussions online.
