The course aims to introduce the definition, the nature, importance and types of innovation in an organisation and also the basics of the dynamic model of innovation as well as some concepts of innovation management.
The course will include practical examples and case studies to offer an interactive way for the understanding of what kind of challenges firms have to meet to remain competitive in an innovation-driven economy.
