Rövid tartalom | What is innovation? How and why it became the most important factor of economic growth and competitiveness? What does it mean for countries and companies? The course aims to introduce the definition, the nature, importance and types of innovation in an organisation and also the basics of the dynamic model of innovation as well as some concepts of innovation management. The course will include practical examples and case studies to offer an interactive way for the understanding of what kind of challenges firms have to meet to remain competitive in an innovation-driven economy. Learning outcome: Understand the modern knowledge economy and relationships between innovation, economy and society. Learn theoretical approaches and tools to study innovation, understand the nature of innovation processes, and apply the innovation concepts to real business organisations. |
