BUEB students’ request for review against a University decision or action, or failure to act maybe submitted electronically under Request for Review in the Administration/Applications menu in NEPTUN, or submitted personally or by mail in hard copy to the Student Services Office of the faculty within 15 days of announcement or, in default thereof, of becoming aware of such decision, action or lack of action.
It is important that a request for review is not an equity application, in other words: if you want to submit an equity application to the Dean of your Faculty or the Rector of the University via the NEPTUN system under the menu specified above.
Requests for review are assessed in 30 days. After that, the decision is available under “Official entries” in the NEPTUN system.
