The enrollment document

You can download the enrollment document by choosing the ’Requests’ option in the ’Administration’ menu.

2. You have to choose the ’Submitted requests’ surface. Click on the + at the end of the Application for enrolment’s row, and choose the ’Download as PDF’ option in the local menu.

3. The downloaded Enrollment sheet must be signed electronically with AVDH.

The downloaded Enrollment sheet must be signed electronically with AVDH in your Client Gate, which can be obtained in any Government office with your Identification Card if you are European Economic Area citizen.

4. After the signature is complete you will have to upload the document to your Neptun.

5. Click on the ’Information’ menu, and choose the ’Documents’ option.

6. Click on the ’Upload document’ button!

7. Then you have to choose the Type of the document from the dropdown list.

Click on the „Signed enrollment form” option.

8. By clicking on the ’Upload file’ button you can find your signed application form on your computer, and upload it to the system.

You are ready!

By uploading your signed application form you succesfully completed your enrollment process, your active student status has started.
