Payment of tuition fees
Payment of tuition fees
Depending on the way in which you finance your programme, you must pay a fixed tuition semester fee. In addition, if you study in a foreign language, the foreign language programme contribution fee must also be paid each semester.

It is a condition of your enrolment for the semester, and of your registration in the following semesters, that you pay your active items declared in Neptun.

The deadline for the payment of the first part of the tuition, and/or the foreign language programme contribution fee (45%), is the last working day of the week preceding the registration week.

The tuition fee and other items are paid through the Neptun system:

How to pay the BUEB tuition fee. (information can be found in the Downloadable Documents on the Neptun homepage)

SimplePay: Credit card payment initiated from the NEPTUN system >> SimplePay payment link. (information can be found in the Downloadable Documents on the Neptun homepage)

The amount of the tuition fess is published in the admissions guide. The foreign language programme contribution fee can be found in the admissions guide by clicking on the name of each foreign language major, under the heading "Special conditions of application and admission".

There may be occasional fees during your studies, but these always depend on your performance in the programme and your actions (e.g. re-examination fee and omission fee).

The system of student fees and the rules for the payment of fees, are set out in Articles §112-114 of the Student Requirements System.

If you would like to receive an invoice for the paid fees, select the Finances/Payment menu item in Neptun, then click on the + sign at the end of the line of the item to select the “Payer” option, where you can enter the details of the cost bearer (depositor). If you would like to finance your studies with a Student Loan, you will find a detailed description of how to apply under the Student Loan menu item.

If you pay your tuition fee from Student Loan 2, you must record your Student Loan contract number in the Neptun system, (Finances/Settings/Student Loan 2), before the payment deadline and then assign it to the announced item (Finances/Payment).
