Students' Academic Societies

Our professional colleges are community-forming student organizations with high-quality professional training, the aim of which is to educate professionally demanding and responsible intellectuals who are sensitive to economic, business and social problems and to support talented students. There are 3 specialised students’ academic societies at BBS, which can be linked to the Faculties of the University. Our professional colleagues are active in the Students’ Research Society activities, in the organization of professional and community events, and study competitions. Each year they represent our university in about 10 international and 30-40 domestic competitions, of which an average of 2 international and 10 domestic places are taken.

Founded in 2011, the Káldor Miklós Academic Society is one of the youngest and most dynamically developing academic societies in Budapest. It aims to provide an opportunity for its members and, if possible, for all students of the University to acquire higher-level knowledge that complements university education. In addition to professional development, she places great emphasis on community programs and social responsibility, as well as international opportunities and participation in the Students’ Research Societies.

His community is truly cohesive as its members are driven by a common goal. They have a lot of self-organised joint programs. The common goal of the members of the Society is to become people who are sensitive to social processes and think responsibly, thus doing various projects and programs to protect the values of their environment and our society.
