Self-funding fee
Self-funding fee
The amount of the tuition fee is confirmed within the admission guide. The amount of the foreign language contribution fee can also be found in the admission guide by clicking on the name of each foreign language course under the heading "Special conditions of application and admission".

The fees are also published on our website in summary form.

Upon your personal enrolment, you will need to sign a student training contract, which you will receive on the day of your enrolment.

Should you wish, you may pay the tuition fee in two instalments in order to ease the burden on your finances.

  • the payment deadline for the first instalment is the last working day of the week preceding the registration week
  • the deadline for the second instalment is 20 October for the autumn semester and 20 March for the spring semester

There are several ways to pay and settle tuition fees and other items, but it is advisable to arrange them through Neptun, because then your item will be fulfilled immediately. >> Payment of fees

If you are paying for your item by bank transfer, please enter your name, Neptun code and the name of the fee in the notification line. You should know that it may take several days for the item to be settled in Neptun, and that in the meantime, the system will block any other fee-related activity that you may wish to initiate.

If you would like to finance your studies with a Student Loan, you will find a detailed description of the application under the Student Loan menu item.

If you settle your tuition fee from Student Loan 2, you must record your Student Loan contract number in the Neptun system, (Finances/Settings/Student Loan 2), before the payment deadline, and then assign it to the listed item (Finances/Payment).
