You can find information on the method of submitting applications related to the administration of study changes and study results in the information sheet Submitting applications.  
  • E-credit-book objection report 
  • The entry you obtained was either not properly rated or was not entered into Neptun at all. 
  • Application for review 
  • You can appeal against a decision or measure with which you do not agree. The committee has 30 days to decide and you will be notified of the decision. Please note that the appeal investigation basically examines the legality of the first-instance decision. 
  • Faculty/major/specialization/study mode/programme place/programme language change application 
  • If you want to change the form of your programme, you must submit an application by the deadline specified in the HKR: August 25 for the autumn semester and January 25 for the spring semester. 
  • Application for proof of absence from examination 
  • If you applied for an exam that you have verifiably missed, but prior to this, did not have the opportunity to unsubscribe from the exam, you can be exempted from paying the absence fee with this application. 
  • Objection to the semester subject registration 
  • If data has been recorded in the register that you believe is incorrect, within 5 days after the end of the period of course selection, you can object to the data in the register via the Deputy Dean of Education, based on the HKR Article §51. (21). 
  • Application for expansion of course attendee numbers 
  • If all the courses of the subject you want to take are full, you can use this application to indicate to the department that you want to increase the number of students. 
  • Application to add a course 
  • If there is no course for the subject you want to take, you can submit a start-up application to the responsible department. 
  • Application to improve a successful/effective exam 
  • You can improve on a successful exam in a given semester, with the exception of a seminar grade. The conditions for this are in HKR. Article §64
  • Application to improve a successful/effective exam (for subjects included in the Degree) 
  • If you started your studies at the university in or before the 2018/2019 academic year, you can also apply to correct your mark earned in the previous semester. 
  • Subsequent request for subject registration 
  • If you want to register a subject after the period of course selection, you can do so prior to the specified deadline and subject to the outlined conditions. 
  • Subsequent request for subject registration (for optional subjects) 
  • If you want to register an additional subject after the period of course selection, courses, you can do so prior to the specified deadline and subject to the outlined conditions.
