You can contact the Student Customer Service Office regarding the following matters:

  • Complete information on admissions and acceptance matters,
  • Questions related to registration and semester log-ins,
  • Information on legal and institutional rules affecting student status,
  • Issuance of certificates related to student legal relations, certificates related to public administration bodies, and other certificates,
  • Issues related to admission, course admission and examination,
  • Advising on study matters, advancing studies,
  • Credit recognition issues,
  • Information on financial issues,
  • Student loan administration,
  • Re-classification issues,
  • Student applications, information related to the submission of applications and requests,
  • Issuance of student ID cards, validation stickers and administration of temporary student ID cards,
  • Information on applications, scholarships, receipt of paper-based applications,
  • Assistance in solving technical and other problems related to the Neptun, Modulo, Coospace, and Moodle study systems,
  • Information regarding the handling of specialisation choices in Neptun
  • Issues related to the administration of Dual Education,
  • Issues related to the administration of Erasmus studies,
  • Questions related to the administration of Internships,
  • Neptun information related to choosing a thesis or project work topic, 
  • Information about final exams (application, dissertations, uploading thesis or project work to Moodle),
  • Issuance of diplomas and diploma appendices and issuance of duplicates,
  • Administration of participation requirements at the graduation ceremony, participation in the graduation ceremony


You can contact the staff of the various Departments regarding the following matters:

  • Related to course announcements and course launches, 
  • Requesting the expansion of a course,
  • How to reach Instructors,
  • Information with respect to topics for dissertations and project work,
  • Information related to examination dates,
  • Problems with exams,
  • Missing entries (grades, signatures) in the Neptun study system, 
  • Professional and other issues related to the choice of specialisation (e.g.: which specialisations are announced in a given programme, content of specialisations, date and place of the specialisation selection information session), referral to the person in charge of specialisations, 
  • Issues and questions related to internships (internship locations, internship location selection, content and form requirements of related documents), referral to the Instructor responsible for the topics, 
  • Related to thesis, project work consulting issues, 
  • Related to the formal requirements of thesis and project work, 
  • Professional and other issues related to the final exam (e.g.: thesis assessments, final exam topics, structure of the final exam, information regarding the date and place of the final exam), referral to the Instructor responsible for the topic, 
  • Related to Dual Education (e.g.: project work, evaluations), referral to the Faculty member in charge in the relevant departments, 
  • Regarding departmental demonstrator positions and how to apply for them


You can contact the staff of the International Office regarding the following matters:

  • Handling Erasmus applications and tenders,
  • Handling Campus Mundi applications and tenders,
  • Handling MOKIÖ applications and tenders
  • Assistance to foreign students and Stipendium Hungaricum (SH) students in solving their non-study problems (accommodation, medical care, applying for a health card, residence permit, etc.),
  • Arranging scholarships and extensions for Stipendium Hungaricum students,
  • Information on re-classification after the termination of SH funding,
  • Handling institutional recruitment and enrollments procedures (non-central recruitment procedure)
  • Organising orientation days,
  • Issues related to dual degree programs, participation in those programs.
