Rövid tartalom | Elective subjectThis course offers guidance and understanding in the confusing realm of mindfulness by offering historical, scientific, philosophical background information and deep personal experience which encourage critical thinking and open the topic to a debate: How is/or could mindfulness be used at organizational levels? Or the individuals are left alone with the struggles of stresses and strains of daily life?As mindfulness is an experiential skill, the course includes a personal 21-day challenge which requires short daily practices after the training week, followed up with a self-reflection journal. Értékelés | The course is closed with a term mark.Since the workshop is strongly based on internal group processes, participation in the classes is mandatory. Assessment is done byevaluating student’s workshop activity (50 %)Creating a personal 21-day challenge - uploaded to CooSpace by the end of the week (20%)Self-reflection after the 21-day personal challenge - uploaded by the 30. day after the training week. |
